On October 25, 2013, Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu, Attorney-at-Law & Partner of BRIGHT & RIGHT^®, attended the event of Working Group "Rechtsfragen in China" in AHK Beijing presided by Dr. Nils Seibert, Head of Legal & Investment in AHK.  Dr. Michael (Zuowei) Liu, together with other German-speaking colleagues in Beijing present there, listened to the presentation “VAT-Reform in China” by Mr. Richard Hoffmann, Partner of ECOVIS, whereby they discussed the challenging problems in the VAT-Reform related to the enterprises with foreign investment in China in a cordial atmosphere of German legal culture.
